I offer a range of services to tailor your treatment just for you and your needs. This means you have the best chance at recovery because I meet you right where you’re at. Book a call today to learn more about any of these services.

1:1 Recovery Coaching

In weekly meetings we will work together to set intentions for your recovery journey based around where you are in that moment. We will set measurable and observable goals for the next week tailored to your day-to-day life in a practical way. We will focus on goals.
We will also use this 1:1 time to work on behaviours and challenges coming up for you, working together to find a set of coping skills to use moving forward in your recovery.

Grocery Shopping Support

Making choices honouring appropriate amounts and varieties, when grocery shopping, can be difficult at first. Having someone to join you for support and guidance can help provide a gentle transition into grocery shopping and stepping into supermarkets which can be overwhelming.

Unlimited Text Support

Text messaging is a valuable tool in recovery and having someone to reach out to ‘in the moment’ for guidance and accountability between 1:1 sessions, can be a powerful layer of support during your recovery journey.

Clothing Shopping Support

Shopping for clothes during recovery and leaving the focus on size at the door requires support and encouragement. This can also be done in person or virtually.

Meal Support

Having someone to eat with, either in-person or virtually in your own home or at a restaurant and practicing new skills together can really help with challenging rules and rituals around mealtimes. Meals can be breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks in between.
